White chocolate fudge (makes +-45 squares)
The easiest, creamiest, most delicious fudge, especially if you have a sweet tooth!
Method:
In a large bowl, add condense milk, brown sugar and butter (no need to mix together)
Microwave for 8mins, stopping every 2mins to stir. It should turn a golden brown
Add vanilla essence and white chocolate and mix
Let it stand for 1min then beat with a mixer on high for 2mins
Pour into a dish and refrigerate
Once it's almost set, cut your squares

* Use a big bowl as when you beat it becomes quite a bit of mixture
* Depending on your microwave, you might need to cook it for a little longer to melt all the grains of sugar
* You can use chocolate buttons or milky bar slabs. If you use a slab, just break up the blocks
* You can line your dish with baking paper instead of greasing it, that way you can take it out and cut the squares easily
* You could probably make more squares as they are very sweet so you don't need a big piece
