Chicken vegetable soup (serves 6)
This is a soup that my gran used to make when my mom was little - easy and delicious!
Method:
Bring stock to the boil
Add rice, chicken, carrots, turnips and leak
Add curry powder
Season to taste then add parsley
Simmer for about an hour (until veggies are soft)
Shred chicken once cooked and add back to soup

* If soup is too thick, you can add some water
* You can add some more chicken stock for extra flavour if needed
