Beef stroganoff
A yummy, easy dish
Method:
Place the meat in a baking dish, arranging it in a single layer
Add onion, garlic and mushrooms
Whisk together stock, soy sauce, wine, cornflour, mustard and oil
Pour over meat and mushrooms, stir gently to moisten, then cover and stand for 3 hours
Uncover and bake at 180 degrees C (355 degrees F) for about 35mins or until meat is cooked and gravy is thick and brown
Swirl in sour cream and return to oven to heat through

* You can replace the fillet with stir fry beef however you will need to cook it for longer as it is tougher than fillet
* Can put the meat in 2 medium dishes or 1 large dish
* Really nice served with Bulgar wheat
