Cheese bread
Once of my favourite recipes! It's so easy to do and boy does it taste delicious!
method:
In a large bowl, mix all dry ingredients together, using 70g of grated cheese
Add buttermilk and mix until just combined
Pour into a greased loaf pan and sprinkle over the remaining cheese
Bake at 180 degrees for 1 hour
Turn onto wire rack as soon as it comes out the oven

tips
* No need for a mixer, a wooden spoon works perfectly
* Can replace celery with spring onion or herbs
* Can replace buttermilk with full cream milk or Bulgarian yoghurt
* Mixture will be quite stodgy but don't add more than 50ml liquid
* Can make muffins with the mixture
* Best eaten on the day as there are no preservatives
