Baked meatballs (makes 15 golf ball sized meatballs)
A super easy but super tasty recipe!
Method:
Mix together onion, bread crumbs, garlic, egg, cheese, tomato sauce, salt, pepper and parsley in a bowl
Add in the mince and and mix until gently combined. I find it works well to mix with my hands. NB - Do not overmix
Form into balls and place on a sprayed baking/ cookie sheet
Bake at 200 degrees C (400 degrees F) for 20 - 25mins, until they are browned and cooked through
Heat your choice of sauce in a pan and transfer them to the sauce. Coat and serve

tips
* You can use pecorino cheese or any hard cheese. I have used cheddar before and it can also work, although there's more
flavour with a hard cheese
* You can make them smaller if you want, you may just need to adjust the cooking time a little bit
* You can place the balls quite close together as they don't spread
