Tzatziki
I love tzatziki! I will have it with chicken, or as a dip, or on a burger or just by itself! So it only seemed right that I share a recipe for it :)
Method:
Once seeded, cut half the cucumber into small blocks/wedges and grate the other half
Pat the cucumber dry so that there is no excess water
In a bowl, add greek yoghurt, garlic, lemon juice, mint and cumin
Add the cucumber and serve chilled

tips
* Greek yoghurt is better than ordinary plain yoghurt as it is thicker, however ordinary yoghurt can be used
* Taste before adding salt and pepper as the cumin already gives it a bit of a tang
