Chocolate cups (serves 3-4)
A chocolately pudding with a gooey centre and the added bonus of no flour!
Method:
Melt the chocolate with the butter and allow to cool Combine egg yolks and sugar until light and creamy In a separate bowl, whip the egg whites until firm (stiff peaks) Combine the above ingredients, folding in the egg whites Spoon into dariole moulds and place in the oven for 10-12mins at 200 degrees Serve hot |

* Dariole moulds are small aluminium cups, Alternatives are silicone cups/cupcake cases or ramekins. If using ramekins,
you may need to cook it for a bit longer as they are thicker.
* This is quite a rich, sweet dessert, so try spreading the mixture into smaller cups so that the servings are less
* If possible, bake and then serve immediately, as they sink quite quickly (as per picture above)
* Serve with ice cream
