We needed a sauce the other night, so my mom and I quickly whipped this up. Tastes super yummy!
Ingredients: 1/2 punnet of mushrooms, sliced 1/2 onion 4 Tbsp cream of mushroom soup (powder) 250ml milk
Method: Fry the mushrooms in a bit of butter Add the onions and fry until browned In a small pot, add milk and cream of mushroom soup Bring to the boil, adding more milk if needed Mix in the cooked mushrooms and onions and serve
* If you want a thicker sauce, just add some more mushroom soup and vice versa, you can add more milk to thin it
