Baked cheescake
The is one of the easiest recipes and by far the most delicious baked cheescake I have ever had!
Method:
Crush the biscuits in a bowl
Add the sugar and the melted margarine
Pack it into the base of a springform pan and bake at 180 degrees C (350 degrees F) for about 5mins - just to slightly golden
Mix together all filling ingredients
Pour onto base and bake at 180 degrees C (350 degrees F) for 15mins
Turn down the oven to 150 degrees C (300 degrees F) and bake for a further 15-20mins
Turn the oven off, wedge open the door and leave cheesecake in the oven to cool
Keep it in the fridge once cooled
