Tuna mousse (serves 3-4, depending on how hungry you are)
It sounds strange, but it tastes delicious! And is oh so simple to do
Method:
Drain the tuna
Place all ingredients into a liquidizer, excluding the breadcrumbs (briefly, just to mix it)
Place in a greased dish and sprinkle with breadcrumbs
Bake at 160 degrees for 45mins, or until set

* May need to be cooked for a little longer, just test with a cake stick
* Serve with toast, chips/wedges or salad
* Tuna can be replaced with salmon
* Kellogs cornflake crumbs are better to use than traditional breadcrumbs
* Cooks easier in a larger flatter dish, rather than a smaller deeper dish
