Custard puffs (makes +-60 depending on size)
A very quick, easy but super delicious recipe that I got from my sister-in-law. It works for all occasions!
Method:
Cut puff pastry into squares (about 4cm x 4cm) and bake at 200 degrees C (390 degrees F) for about 15-20mins
Cool and slice in half/take the top off
Whip the instant pudding, cream and milk together. It will thicken very quickly
Spoon the pudding mix into the shells and put the top back on
Mix the icing sugar with milk and drizzle over the top

tips
* It makes a lot so you can also half the recipe
* You don't need a mixer, you can mix it with a whisk
* Toast shaved almonds or coconut flakes and place on top while the icing is still soft
* Best served on the day but they do still taste good the day after, the pastry is just less flaky
