Butternut soup (serves 6)
A delicious wintery soup
Method:
Fry onions until soft, but not brown
Add garlic and fry for a further 3mins
Sprinkle over the cumin and curry powder and fry for a minute to release the flavours
Add the butternut and stock and cook for 20mins until tender
Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth
