Chocolate sauce (makes 200ml)
The best chocolate sauce :)
Ingredients:
1/4 cup cocoa 3/4 cup castor sugar 3/4 cup boiling water pinch of salt 1 tsp vanilla essence Method: Sift cocoa and castor sugar into a pot Add boiling water, stirring constantly Add a pinch of salt Bring to the boil and allow to boil for 1min Remove from the heat and add vanilla essence Put in a glass jar and store in the fridge |
tips
* To remove a label from an old jar, place the jar in hot/boiling water and let it soak for 20 mins. the label should come off quite easily
