Mushroom soup (serves 6)
A delicious, creamy soup
Method:
Melt butter and add flour to butter
Pour over stock and bring to the boil
Finely chop mushrooms and add to pot
Add cream and simmer for 3-4 minutes

tips
* To get rid of lumps once the stock is in, whisk the contents in the pot, before you add the mushrooms
* If you have a Twister chopper (from Verimark) - use it! Chopping a punnet of mushrooms can get a bit tedious
* If you don't have enough cream, you can substitute the remaining 50ml with milk, preferably full cream
