fridge cake (makes 20 - 30 squares, depending on thickness)

For any cake-and-candy day in primary school or for any of our birthday parties, my mom always made these! They are so easy and kids will love them :)
ingredients:
2 eggs
500g icing sugar
4 level Tbsp cocoa powder
1 Tbsp vanilla essence
250g margarine, melted
1 packet Marie biscuits, crushed
Picture
method:
Cream eggs, icing sugar and cocoa together
Add melted butter and vanilla essence
Add crushed Marie biscuits and mix in with a wooden spoon
Place in a greased flat dish and put in the fridge to set
Once the mixture has semi set, cut the sizes of the blocks that you want

tips...

* Put the Marie biscuits in a ziplock bag and roll a rolling pin over to crush them - saves on the mess
