Bean salad
A delicious salad, that's super quick to make and helps with the cholesterol :)
Method:
Heat garlic, vinegar, oil, brown sugar, bouquet garni and salt and pepper in a dish until sugar is melted
Drain green beans and butter beans (not the baked beans as you want the sauce)
Add beans, pepper and onion to sugar mixture

* Flavour is enhanced if done the night before
* Can use olive oil as a healthier option
* To make it easier, heat the ingredients in the microwave instead of on the stove
