A South African favourite that is easy and oh-so yummy!
method:
Beat half of the Orley whip until almost firm
Beat in the caramel treat
Break up the peppermint crisp and add to the mixture
In a dish, layer the tennis biscuits and Orley mixture
Beat the remaining Orley whip and place on top
Crumble flake over and put in fridge to set

* Can use two peppermint crisp for extra mint
* To crush the peppermint crisp, keep it in it's wrapper and use a pestle (club from pestle and mortar) to crush them
* To save time and hassle, place the full tennis biscuits in the dish, instead of crushing them
* If your dish is quite big, you may need to open a second packet of tennis biscuits
