Melting moments (Makes +-90 in the biscuit maker)
I remember when I was little and my mum would make these biscuits in the biscuit maker - it was my best to be able to choose the shape of my biscuits and sometimes I was lucky enough to try it myself :)
Method:
Cream butter and sugar together.
Add egg and vanilla essence and beat.
Sift in dry ingredients
Put mixture in the biscuit maker and press mixture onto greased tray/ Roll into balls, place on a greased tray and flatten slightly with a fork
Bakes at 180 degrees (350 degrees F) for +-1mins, until golden brown

tips
* You may need to add more flour, the batter needs to form a ball easily without sticking
* If you use a biscuit maker, you may need to reduce the cooking time to 10-12mins
* You can melt chocolate and dip half the biscuit in or eat them as is
